Araa Consulting and Training was established in the UAE in 1996 by Prof. Dr. Ahmed Abdulaziz Al-Najjar, out of his belief in his societal role in providing psychological consultations and training courses in an effort to contribute to the accelerated human development process led by the UAE towards the future.
Our vision is to contribute to anticipating future skills that provide tools and means of intelligent interaction for individuals to overcome challenges and developments smoothly and for the benefit of themselves and their personal, professional and national surroundings. We are working to harness our cognitive and human resources for the sake of the human being of tomorrow who is able to change his life for the better for himself and for his surroundings. Today, we work with governmental and private institutions for community psychological support and human development by providing experts And consultants with essential capabilities in achieving the ultimate goal, which is human, professional and societal balance.

About the president
a. Dr.. Ahmed Abdel Aziz Al-Najjar
Professor Ahmed Abdul Aziz Al Najjar Al Hammadi is a renowned Emirati psychological counselor, accomplished academic, lecturer, trainer, researcher, consultant and television producer/broadcaster.
He is the first Arab to join the Social Psychology Network, and in honor of his scientific achievements and academic leadership, he was honored as one of the prominent figures of “Who's Who in the world” (1999). He holds a PhD in Psychology from Durham University, UK (ranked 78th in the world), and currently holds the position of Assistant Dean for Research and Graduate Studies at the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at the United Arab Emirates University. A multi-awarded speaker and reviewer in a range of national, regional and international forums, he has been awarded the title of Ambassador of Knowledge (2015, awarded by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai - may God protect him) and Ambassador of Tolerance and Peace (awarded in Cairo in 2016).
Dr. Al-Najjar's commitment to community outreach and service is evident in his work to fund research projects geared toward innovation and improving quality of life. His dedication to lifelong learning and continuing education has expanded his field of professional expertise, covering the interdisciplinary fields of clinical psychology, social psychology, criminological psychology, industrial-organizational psychology, family and adolescent psychology, decision-making and problem-solving, positive psychology and leadership. . Dr.. Carpenter is an active member of many international and local professional organizations.
About the General Manager
Abdulaziz Ahmed Al Hammadi
Abdulaziz Ahmed Al-Najjar Al-Hammadi, a young Emirati born in 1989. He currently works as Assistant Secretary-General of the Arab Federation for the Digital Economy, affiliated with the Economic Unity Council of the League of Arab States, and Director of the Marketing and Corporate Communications Department at the Dubai Airport Free Zone Authority - DAFZA. Abdulaziz has extensive experience in developing strategies and managing projects and initiatives, as he worked and contributed to more than 30 national projects to serve the economic and societal sectors in the country, including: the “Dubai Blink” project, the first smart digital platform in the world for free zone companies, and the “Dexum Bridge” project, which were approved. By the “Dubai 10X” initiative, which aims to develop joint government services by which Dubai is ten years ahead of world cities, the “Dubai CommerCity” project, the first free zone in the Middle East and North Africa for e-commerce, the Halal Center for Marketing and Trade, the Halal Guide for Business Development, and it is also a title He became the youngest television director in the Middle East in 2009, when he was 20 years old, on Sama Dubai Channel, affiliated with Dubai Media Incorporated, and directed more than 430 hours of television.
Abdulaziz holds a Certified Innovation Leader certification from the Global Innovation Management Institute (GIMI), which was designed by a group of senior innovation officers, innovation executives, academics and consultants from around the world and a Foreign Direct Investment Leader certification from the Dubai Corporation for Foreign Investment. He also obtained a bachelor’s degree in law from the American University in the Emirates with honors and is currently preparing a master’s thesis in sports law.
Abdulaziz’s professional career included several important milestones in which he worked within governmental and private institutions in the past decade, including: the Arab Federation for the Digital Economy, the Dubai Airport Free Zone Authority, Dubai Media Incorporated, and the Watani Al-Emarat Foundation, in addition to his membership in several foreign business councils, where he holds the position of board member in American Business Council (representing the American Chamber of Commerce in Dubai and the Northern Emirates).
